For my cousin's daughter's 6th birthday... white cakes with raspberry filling.

This cake was so much fun to make! The top layer was lemon cake with a creamy lemon curd filling and frosted with vanilla buttercream. The bottom layer was vanilla cake with strawberry cream filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. All covered in fondant.

I had to make these cupcakes for a demo at a Relief Society activity in Deweyville the other night. They were fun!

This cake was a 10" round white cake and the bottom was a 14" square of rice crispie treats!
