Matching the Invite
This cake is for a baby shower, Winnie the Pooh themed, but the cake was decorated in the same theme as the shower invitation. I think it turned out darling! 6" Chocolate Cake filled with cream cheese frosting and vanilla buttercream, with fun fondant decor. Happy Baby!

Bear Lake Chocolate Festival - Success!
Here I am at the Bear Lake Chocolate Festival. Thanks to everyone who came and supported me and bought some treats! I thought for sure the Chocolate/Peanut Butter would be the favorite, but it turns out the Vanilla Coconut was! Also, the Lemon/Cream Cheese cake pops sold out the fastest. Look for my new website coming soon where you can order cupcakes, cake pops/bites, whoopie pies, and even cakes! More info on that later...

Super Mario!
These cupcakes and toppers were so fun to make for my nephew's Boy Scout Auction. Many of the classic Super Mario characters - including Mario and Yoshi - on top of blue vanilla buttercream and chocolate cake. I was told these did quite well at the auction!

Valentine Wedding
Roses are apparently the flower of choice this past weekend, as evidenced by the last two cakes I did... This was a 4" and 8" round double layer, all chocolate. Had a dozen red roses of various sizes, all hand-made sugar paste flowers, and a beautiful topper. Congrats Barbara and Gordon, married on Valentine's Day!
50th Anniversary
First off, this isn't a very good pic - I had to take it with my husband's phone and it just didn't turn out that well. It was double layer 6", 8" squares all chocolate and creamy chocolate filling. The cake was lovely, for a 50th Wedding Anniversary and it was very fun to make the white sugar paste flowers and gold leaves. Congrats you two!

Pink Pearls
I made this cake for the Bridal Fair at Utah State this last weekend and had a fun little guessing contest - guess the number of pearls and win 2 dozen free cupcakes. Well, there were 361. I had three winners - congrats to Lauren Brown, Jennifer Lyday and Amanda Chester! Thanks everyone for playing...
This cake is a 3 tier, 6", 8" and 10" round.
