USU Bridal Faire

Come visit me at the Bridal Faire, held at Utah State University, this coming Saturday, February 5th. The event starts at 10:00 a.m. and goes until 5:00. There will be fashion shows and great prizes to win! The prize I am donating is 20% off an order of $250 or more. I will have yummy samples, so come enjoy!

Baby Shower

These cupcakes turned out so cute! For a baby shower, there are chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, topped with "baby" words, lemon & toasted meringue cupcakes with a pink diaper pin, and white cupcakes filled with raspberry cream and topped with delicious white chocolate buttercream and white chocolate "polka dots". Girls are so fun!

Bridal Fair - Ogden Union Station

Thanks to everyone who visited my booth at the Top of Utah Bridal Show this past weekend in Ogden. I made some lovely cakes to show, some yummy mini cupcakes for people to sample (Vanilla Sugar Cookie, Chocolate Peanut Butter & Lemon Meringue - which seemed to be the favorite) and got to meet some lovely brides-to-be.

Valentine Themed Open House

This was a simple yet gorgeous 10" round vanilla cake with strawberry cream filling, topped with vanilla buttercream and fondant. I love this style!

Super soft sugar cookies, dipped and drizzled with different chocolates!

This simple yet fun cake is a double layer 8" round white cake, filled with raspberry cream and topped with vanilla buttercream and camo fondant - for a lovely young lady turning 12!
