Hey everyone - I will be selling yummy cupcakes, cake pops, and cookies at the Garland Craft Fair this coming weekend - April 29th 12-8, and 30th 10-5, at the Garland Armory. Come enjoy some delicious treats and shop the other vendors' booths.
There will even be oriental food for lunch - I will be getting some of that for sure! Come check it out - anyone who mentions they saw this on my blog will get a free cupcake.

Feathers and Bows
This cake was for my best friends daugher - last year she had a shoebox and purse cake - this year, now she's turning 9, we needed something slightly more sophisicated :) It turned out darling! Vanilla cakes with coconut/carmel/chocolate buttercream. One of my favorite flavors!

This was a german chocolate-style cake, 10" round, for a lovely young lady graduating from college.
Olivia the Pig
Ok, not to pat myself on the back - but this cake turned out so cute! I even used my newly-found sculpting abilities and made Olivia out of fondant! The ears are my favorite :) This was a 6" and 8" round vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting. Happy Birthday Zellie!
