Browning Buck & Doe

This cake was for a cousin-in-law's wedding, it was an 8" round white cake with raspberry cream filling and a 10" round chocolate cake with oreo cream cheese filling. (One of my favorites). The bride wanted the Browning Buck symbol looking at the doe in the shape of a heart. What a great idea! They are both "outdoorsy" so it was perfect. Congrats you two!

OiNk!

It was County Fair time a few weeks ago and I made these for someone to say "thank you" for buying their pig :) Cute little pink fondant faces :)

Who loves legos?

I have to say I lOVED this cake! My 4 year old said "Where did you get legos that big??" She couldn't believe it was cake! So fun.

Cake Pop Tiers

These cake pops and small cake were for a family member getting married. Her colors were purple & silver, so I accomadated as best I could! We did cake pops in 3 flavors - Chocolate Caramel, Coconut & Lemon Cream. The 6" square cake was also a vanilla cake with coconut filling. I was told it was the best coconut cake ever!! Thanks Aunt "Landa"

Baby Shower Cookies

In my opinion, there's not much better than a deliciously soft sugar cookie, topped with creamy frosting. These were for a good friend.

Bridal Shower Cupcakes

These were too fun! I made chocolate cupcakes - lactose free because of the bride to be - and raspberry swiss meringue buttercream (yum!). I topped some with 'bras' and some with lips... I think they turned out so cute!

These boots were made for . . . eating!

I made these cookies a few days ago for a Relief Society dinner. I finally found a yummy royal icing recipe that is perfect! It doesn't dry rock hard and it actually has flavor AND stays shiny! Yum!

Fancy Cupcakes

I got asked to do a feature article in The Leader for the Bridal Section - who would say no?!? I made these darling (and delicious I might add) cupcakes for a photo, they turned out so cute. There are soooo many options of what a person can do for top design on the cupcakes, frosting colors, icing techniques... I think cupcakes are my fave! You can see the article at www.tremontonleader.com

Vintage Inspired

This beautiful cake was for a family member who was getting married - she had the most darling reception decor (by Embellish the Moment) and I just LOVED her idea for this cake. I had to get two pics on here to show some of the gorgeous decor - you can check it out more at Embellishthemoment.net. The cake was a 6" round vanilla/vanilla cake and an 8" round chocolate/cookies n' cream cake. Not only is it simple and elegant, it is going to taste amazing too! Congrats!

Candy Cake

This cake was for my little Affie, who turned 2 in December. She loves candy (of course!) so I made a cake that had fondant suckers & candies and even a giant cupcake on top. The cupcake cake was vanilla cake with strawberry cream filling and the second layer was an 8" round pumpkin/cream cheese filling cake - it was my favorite :) Happy Birthday baby!
